Beyond Vanilla 35: LEGACY returns to Dallas as a fully immersive, destination experience—where tradition, scale, and evolution come together to create something truly exceptional.
This year, Beyond Vanilla takes over the entire host hotel with a full property buyout, transforming the space into an exclusive environment dedicated entirely to our community. With over 50,000 square feet of event space, attendees will move seamlessly between education, social experiences, curated events, and nightlife—all under one roof
As one of the longest-running leather educational weekends in the country, Beyond Vanilla continues its legacy of showcasing a variety of classes, keynote speaker, International contests, HoffCon and more.
Beyond Vanilla, is part of the National AIDS Memorial’s efforts to bring the Quilt to communities across the United States to raise greater awareness and education about HIV/AIDS and to remember those lost to the pandemic.

A Message From ILSb-ICBB
It is with regret that we are cancelling 2026 International LeatherSIR/boy and International Community Bootblack (ILSb-ICBB) Contest, scheduled for October 1–4, 2026.
This was an extremely difficult decision for the Board to make. Due to financial concerns we reached the decision that moving forward with the 2026 contest would not be fiscally responsible or sustainable for the organization.
To this extent there are some facts that need to be clarified and put out into the public.
This is a cancellation of the 2026 contest, not the end of ILSb-ICBB. We will return in October 2027. The intervening time will be used to adjust the organization’s financial standing strengthen our foundation, and work toward a healthier and more sustainable position.
Our board, department heads, regional producers continue to work with determination and commitment to producing a better contest.
Members of our Alumni have already come forward to help with marketing initiatives, sponsorship opportunities and we welcome any and all constructive help from our family.
And finally to address the unsavory comments and rumors. ILSb-ICBB made a financial decision, completely independent of any other organization and in no way have had bearing on challenges that are presently being faced by other groups.
We will be addressing those rumors on a personal level with the source.
ILSb-ICBB is a huge supporter of Beyond Vanilla and we are grateful for all that they did to help us. We wish them only the very best going forward.
