Is Beyond Vanilla raising money for a charity?

Typically yes but the non-profit we were working with closed their doors. We will select a different charity in 2025.

What food will be served at the event?

We offer a variety of meals for add-ons, including a buffet, formal dinner and BBQ each with vegetarian options. You can see all the food options when you register.

What is the dress code at the event? Is there a dress code for the Hotel?

Dress comfortably but be street-legal and vanilla until you’re inside the event space. Don’t scare the Vanilla’s!

How can I get to the event venue, or which is the nearest airport?

DFW is home to two major airports: Dallas-Fort Worth International and Dallas Love Field.  Dallas Love Field is closer to the hotel, but services like Uber and Lyft can get you to the hotel from either airport.  You can also post in the Discord and Fetlife Group...
